1888 Century Park East, a 21-story Class A office building located in the coveted West Los Angeles submarket of Century City. Built in 1970, the steel and glass building offers unobstructed visibility of the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica Mountains, the Hollywood Hills, and Downtown Los Angeles.
The Work
Broadway Partners approached Accurate Space, Inc. to review their existing BOMA 1996 area measurements. Our staff immediately identified a number of errors in space classification in conjunction with faulty calculation methods. Accurate Space, Inc. was tasked with producing a full set of as-built drawings and a detailed BOMA 1996 area analysis.
