Aventine is a prestigious Class A office landmark designed by renowned architect Michael Graves. Built in 1990, Aventine consist of an 11-story office tower, an adjacent 6-story office building and a five-level underground parking garage.
The Work
Upon acquiring this asset as part of the former Glenborough portfolio, EQ Office engaged Accurate Space, Inc. to create a full set of core, shell and demising wall drawings and a detailed BOMA 2010 area analysis. In addition to Aventine, Accurate Space, Inc. was retained to re-measure 16 other properties formally held by Glenborough Realty Trust.
