Emergency Action Plans
Accurate Space, Inc. works closely with building owners and property managers to develop Emergency Action Plans for their properties. An Emergency Action Plan (EAP) documents the procedures and requirements for the systematic evacuation of occupants from a building in the event of an emergency. The elements of an Emergency Action Plan provide detailed instructions and the proper procedures to follow in the event of a fire and/or non-fire emergency. First Response Plans
In an effort to strengthen the response, rescue and recovery efforts of first responders, Accurate Space, Inc. works with building engineers and security staff to create First Response Plans. A First Response Plan consist of building floor plans and detailed tenant information. Floor plans outline the location of crucial equipment, such as the gas/electrical shutoff valves, and highlight both areas of refuge along with hazardous areas. Tenant information includes contact numbers, evacuation team members and the location of any occupants needing assistance, along with the type of assistance needed. A First Response Plan helps assist first responders across all agencies by saving time, life and property.

Accurate Space, Inc. offers custom Evacuation Route and Stairwell Signage. Often found in elevator lobbies, signage outlines primary evacuation routes, areas of refuge, location of fire-fighting equipment and highlights stairwell exists.
